Have you got a very nice house in the country?

Another month, another hat! For those of you who’ve been keeping an eye on the plethora of headgear we’re using to promote our services, you may be interested to know the thinking behind our latest monthly Wherever You Lay Your Hat campaign.

Well, this month we’ve decided to focus on letting people know that, while we’re very, very well known as THE Leamington agent, we do handle a good many rather splendid rural properties too. Hence the flat cap!  Now’s a perfect time to show off your country homes if you’re thinking of selling with the gardens looking at their brilliant best. Why not give us a call to arrange a market appraisal?

And if you’re looking to buy a brand new home, then take a look at some of the developments we have for sale – from funky apartments in the heart of bustling Kenilworth to quiet houses in the idyllic rural setting of Napton-on-the-Hill.  Happy selling and house hunting.
