The lettings market this year has seen a slightly slower start than we have experienced in previous years but the ever demanding ‘summer rush’ is most definitely upon us and coming at Agents with a vengeance. Market prices do seem to have levelled off and even though we are still experiencing a high supply and demand throughout the area, we are advising landlords to be slightly more realistic with the levels of rents - tenants are definitely becoming more market savvy and negotiations are becoming evident. With the EU Referendum just round the corner it is difficult to judge how the market is going to develop over the next few months but it is safe to say that the investors market is still strong and vibrant in Warwickshire... so let’s watch this space...
