In the old days the time between boxing day and new year was spent playing monopoly and going for brisk walks. Nowadays it’s spent surfing Rightmove looking for a new house. In fact, the week between Christmas and January 1^st is one of the busiest times of the year for the online house hunting portal!  So it makes sense if you’re thinking of selling, to have your house on the web during that period which means if you get an agent in to measure up, take photographs and prepare the sales details BEFORE Christmas, you’re ready for viewings as soon as the festive season is over - giving you a head start on the competition.

We won’t release the details onto Rightmove until that all-important week between Christmas and New Year. You could be in your new home by spring… while all the slow coaches are just thinking about getting out of the starting blocks!
